Brief Answer:
Get a stool test done, continue isomil

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
In most of the cases loose stool usually improves within 10-14 days. If loose stool persists for longer duration investigation should be done to see any lactose intolerance or poor absorption of fat etc.
I would suggest you to consult your pediatrician and get a stool test done after discussing.
Isomil is lactose and casein free formula and is a better choice if loose stool prolongs. So continue with the same. Give him zinc drops and some probiotic along with that. Give plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. Give rice based food and avoid fruit juices, sugary foods or dairy products. I don't suggest you to continue for antibiotic unless the report comes as antibiotic itself may precipitate the diarrhea.
Please watch for danger signs like blood in stool, decreased frequency of urine or frequent vomiting.

Please let me know about the report.
I shall be glad to help you out if you need any more help.
Regards
