Question : I have been taking amoxicillin and sudafed the last 3 days for my mid ear infection. this morning I woke up with cold sweats, slight fever and congested

I think this situation comes from middle ear infection . It is the natural course of middle ear infection.
I don't think there is anything to worry about since you are taking the right treatment.
