Question : Symptoms:
Extreme exhaustion
round rash with pimples on my right breast
major joints hurt like knees, elbows, back
constant cluster headaches
having hallucinations? I keep seeing things at ground level running across the floor that are not there
cough after I get up from sleeping
a few days ago I had a very horrific pain in my neck/throat area, hurt to talk, only left side, went away after 24 hours

The symptoms you have seem to be neurological. These needs to be evaluated by MRI scan. There could be a compressed nerve leading to some of these symptoms.

I suggest you see your doctor to check necessity of neurological examination with MRI scan.
