Hi,

Thanks for posting the query,

The symptoms you are complaining of is due to viral flu, most probably due to climate change.

You can take Tab. combiflam, 1 tablet 2 times a day. Syr, Grilinctus 5ml, 3 times a day.
Along with it you can try salt water gargling and steam inhalation which will give better relief

If the symptoms do not get better in another 3 days or any fever for more than 3 days you should be put on an antibiotic course. I treat such cases in my practice with Augmentin 625. This is a prescribed medicine, get it prescribed by a local doctor.
