Question: is this genital warts? i had this bump for years. is this contagious? how do I remove and what kind of doctor do I see ? can it be removed with over the counter medicine?

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is a genital wart. Genital warts are contagious and can be transmitted sexually. You need to consult a dermatologist for removing warts.

It can be removed with electrocautery or radio-frequency ablation. It is a minor office procedure requiring 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately there are no over the counter medicines for removing it.
