Brief Answer:
You may consider using SALIDERM

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthCare Magic,

I have gone through your query,

Corns over the soles appear due to constant exposure to pressure and friction. With repeated friction, the skin over those areas becomes dead and forms a hard protective surface. A few measures from your side along with a sincere effort will surely give him much relief.

I would suggest you do the following:
- soak and wash both feet with warm saline water twice daily.
- regular scrubbing with pumice stone while soaking will help in removig hard skin.
- apply salicylic acid cream available over the counter, only over the affected areas. You may consider using SALIDERM or SALEX-H. The use of these should be re-considered if he has diabetes, peripheral neuropathy
- use well fitted shoes
- you may consider the use of soft foot pads which can be kept in shoes for pain relief and faster healing
- do not share shoes or any other podiatric devices

Hope I have answered to your query,
Feel free to discuss further or else kindly close and give your feedback.
