Question : I had abdominal hernia surgery 6 months ago, the surgeon had to put in 3 layers of mesh, I have been in horrible pain ever since not only in my stomach but my whole body, I can barely walk.

Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
Was it an open hernia repair or laparoscopic.
Can you please give details - discharge ticket which mentions type of surgery done.
Any other medical issues like diabetes or so?
Pain in whole body can not be due to hernia surgery hence needs to find out the causes like vitamins deficiencies like that of Vitamin D and B 12 and other causes.

If the pain is locally situated at the hernia operation site it can usually be attributed to nerve entrapment in the stitch or scar. But this is very local and does not cause problems such as pain all over body.
