Premature or early ejaculation is a very common problem and almost every individual faces it some time or other during active sexual life .

Following general measures help to delay evacuation.
1) Practice moderate regular exercise in the morning for 45 minutes
2) Take high protein diet with 6-8 almonds every day
3) Take bit C,D and E
Some techniques can also be tried to delay ejaculation

Taking Sildenaphil (viagra50 mg along with Duloxetin 20 g will help to get hard erection and delay ejaculation. But these medicines should be taken under guidance of a doctor.
