Question : my wife got her period after 4 days of menstural cycle.. but the bleeding happen for only one time. later it did not occur. now its third day. may I know the reasons??
she is 26 years old

I have gone through your question and and understand your concern.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or hormonal disturbance like hypothyroidism hyperprolactinemia etc.
I will suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test done.
If negative then thyroid and prolactin levels should be done and further treatment should be done accordingly.
