Occasionally I consumed alcohol but I hadn’t consumed any alcohol since last one month . I am 5 feet 8’ and my weight is around 79 kg. I reduced some by dieting and going gym . currently I am on low carb diet and consuming whey protein as well. I restarted my Gym and diet 15 days before but before that I took break from gym and diet for two/three months. I have no joint pain problem but on friday i did leg workout so at the time of test i was suffering some Muscles pain.
