Question : Hi, I have skin infection in hand around last two months. pics attached. Kindly suggest what is it and what medicine should I take. it

You seem to have eczematous dermatitis. I suggest you to apply a topical potent steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05 %ointment or halobetasol propionate 0.05 % ointment, twice daily.
In addition to this you may take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once every evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
