Brief Answer:
Can be endometrial hyperplasia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You are having heavy and prolonged vaginal bleeding,a menstrual disorder called Menorrhagia.
There are many cause for having such heavy bleeding commonest being:-
-Female hormone imbalance,
-Uterine fibroids,
-Disorders of the uterine lining,
-Uterine,ovarian or cervical cancer,
-Hypothyroidism,
-Endometrial hyperplasia,
-Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, to name a few.
In your case it is more likely that the bleeding is due to endometrial hyperplasia(increased thickness of endometrial lining).
The management of this condition would require treatment with progesterone to stabilize the endometrium and reduce bleeding along with hemostatic agents like ethamsylate or tranexaemic acid . Oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) suppress endometrial development, reestablish predictable bleeding patterns, decrease menstrual flow, and lower the risk of iron deficiency anemia.
The the endometrium that is already present needs a D&C to remove the the endometrium. iT is a small procedure and not a surgery.
You might consult your OB-GYN who can do the needed tests and initiate the proper therapy.
Meanwhile start taking iron supplements to combat excessive blood loss from your body.

Thank you Doctor. I just forgot to mention that I have a cyst measuring 25*30 mm. Which keeps on reappearing time and again. My doctor has mentioned that this cyst also affects every time. Till now he mentioned my uterus is healthy. Only this time he said that looks like in past 10-15 days the lining has developed and not able to come out due to which body is releasing fresh bleeding

Brief Answer:
cyst can be related to hormonal changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The cyst can be related to hormonal changes. The increased lining is the cause of bleeding and it needs to be removed with D&C.
Hope my answer is helpful.
