Question : I need consultation on sex life of mine. I am diabitice since 3 year. I am feeling eractile dysfunction along with quick ejaculatiin. my age is 40 years only

As per your history, you are having one episode of PSVT, pancreatitis and Diabetes. All these diseases are risk factors for erectile dysfunction. Please let me your recent blood sugar levels. As uncontrolled blood sugar levels and long term diabetes may also cause erectile dysfunction.

So, I would suggest you to consult with physician for detailed clinical evaluation. He may procure necessary investigations and plan proper line of treatment for diabetes. Till then you can take tablet sildenafil 50 mg one hour before sexual act. Please avoid this tablet if you’re taking tablet nitrate for cardiac issues.

Along with that take proper sleep. Take balanced diet. Avoid stress. Keep your self hydrated. Do regular exercise. Avoid alcohol if you have.
