Question: I was diagnosed with West Nile and Epstein Barr Virus two years ago and have had real bad days and some good days. Problem is I have hit an all time low again in the fatigue department!!! It's almost as bad as when I was first diagnosed! Could fall asleep standing up! Have seen many Doctors and most say there's nothing they can do.....

Brief Answer:
Get evaluated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
This abnormal daytime sleeping may be associated with narcolepsy.
Is there any snoring problem in night?
Any overweight condition?
Any thyroid abnormalities?
You should get evaluated by a physician for obstructive sleep apnea.
You may require sleep study known as polysomnography.
It doesn't seem to be due to infection.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.
