Question : I can't stop swishing the saliva in my mouth. It is audible and embarrassing. It feels like something is causing it to happen in the roof of my mouth because I can't inhibit it.

I didn't know if I should have asked an ENT?

Hi,

I am of the opinion, that, you could be having hypersalivation in the oral cavity which could be the root cause of your constant swishing.

Hypersalivation could be due to various causes such as mouth infections, acid reflux disease, etc. I would suggest you consult an apt ENT specialist for a complete evaluation and management.
