Question : hello i wear contact lenses , i forgot to remove them while asleep and woke up today with red eyes as picture ? what shall i use to treat it ? is it dangerous ?

Hi,

I see a lot of pts in my practice with such complaints. Please do not worry.

Remove your contacts now and wear glasses for 48 hours.

While you wear contacts the cornea is not in contact with air depriving the only source of oxygen.

Use Ocurest plus eye drops one drop each eye three times a day.
This would take care.
