Question : I have had a fever for three days before that I had a cold now I have pain in my neck and on both sides of my face. Can u see what I have written?

Dear Ms, it seems that you are having a sinusitis which is causing the pain in your face and referring to other your neck. this should be treated with an antibiotic as augmentin 1 Gm every 12 hours for 7 days.
continue on Advil alternating with excedren every 4-6 hours to relieve fever and pain. I hope I answered your question.

Unfourtanetly it is not possible

Dear Ms, I wish I could help you with the perscribtion but unfourtanetly it is not possible to send a perscribtion online. you can use any preparation of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid antibiotic available to you .. ( 1gm every 12 hours)
you can also add an antihistaminic once daily before going to bed as citrizine . I hope you find this helpful
