Brief Answer:
Give paracetamol syrup
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. Can understand your concerns.
For fever in children paracetamol syrup is given. Paracetamol syrup is given at dosage of 15 mg/kg per dose. Paracetamol syrup contains 125 mg in 5 ml.
For example if weight of child is 10 kg, then dose of paracetamol should be 15 *10=150 mg. So, accordingly 6 ml Syrup of paracetamol should be done.
Paracetamol syrup is available as crocin Syrup, calpol Syrup, T-98 Syrup in market.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
