Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
She seems to have gastroenteritis.
She should be given calpol every 4-6 hourly.
Continue the drug flagyl and ORS.
For vomiting, she can be given ondem syrup.
However, if you feel that the condition is not improving, then you should consult a pediatrician for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
