Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, you have mixed problems hence my thoughts are as follows:
If this is fistula in ano then you need to get a biopsy to know the exact cause of fistula, fistulogram by conventional ways with a radio-opaque XXXXXXX and/or MRI fistulogram as the facility is available.
This is needed to know the cause and plan a proper management of the fistula.
Lichen Planus, as you may know, is an autoimmune disease and needs proper care, management on a long-term basis. A dermatologist helps you the best in this case.
It is important to see whether warts on soles are of the vial or due to foreign body granuloma and whether cauterization or excision can help you the best.
Post very clear and focused photos of warts, fistula, lichen as this help sometimes.
Colonoscopy is a must to know the exact diagnosis related to the colon and fistula.
Please give feedback, post photos and let us discuss more. Till then continue the management as you have already been prescribed for.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
Regards,
Dr T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
