Brief Answer:
Dietary changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern.Constipation among children is very common and it is not a matter of great concern. Simple dietary changes and increase in water intake can solve the problem.

Please include high fiber fruits and green leafy vegetables in her diet.

Avoid cow milk as sometimes it can be a cause for constipation. Also encourage your child to sit on the toilet for 5 to 10 minutes at least once a day.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask more.

Thanks,
