Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be pneumonia

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it is unlikely to be due to pneumonia infection as you are not suffering of fever. It could be due to bronchitis or could be due to allergy. I would recommend that you take a cough suppressant as dextromethorphan once daily before going to bed and if the cough is productive then add Mucinex every eight hours. Also try to be adequately hydrated to keep the mucus from getting thick.

If no improvement occur then add an antihistaminic as citrizine once daily before going to bed. I hope you find this helpful.
