Brief Answer:
Needs to get started on migraine prophylaxis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Migraine attacks are precipitated by stress, decreased sleep, skipping or delaying meals.

If the attacks are becoming frequent then prophylaxis medications may be required.

Beta-blockers, flunarizine, divalproex, topiramate, amitriptyline are the available options.

Visit a neurologist for prescription medications.

For pain relief, naproxen can be taken.

Hope I have answered your query.
