Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms sound very suspicious for a urinary tract infection or UTI. As I do not see the reference values for your dipstick I cannot count on the findings of the dipstick study. For the symptoms you are reporting, a good antibiotic will likely help resolve your discomfort very quickly.

I would recommend you contact your doctor as soon as possible to discuss your symptoms and a potential prescription. He may request a formal urinalysis and culture also.

Thanks again for sending the query.
