Brief Answer:
You can give ondensetron and lansoprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

Vomiting can be due to motion sickness or due to gastritis.
For vomiting you can give Ondensetron and Lansoprazole (reduces acid secretion).
The usual dose of ondensetron(2 mg/5ml) is 5 ml and it can be given two to three times a day depending on severity. Ondem, XXXXXXX Emeset syrup all contains ondensetron.
The dose of lansoprazole(comes in name of Junior lanzol 15 mg dispersible tablet) for this age would be 3/4 th tablet once a day.
Both are prescription medicine so please get it prescribed by a doctor.
Give plenty of fluids with ORS to avoid dehydration.
If vomiting persists even after giving medicines or if there is poor oral intake, decreased urine, fullness of abdomen, excessive lethargy or irritability please get her to a pediatrician immediately.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
