Im a 27 year old female. Does it look like my hair had thinned out in the front of my head?

I have reviewed these pictures as well and they seem fine.
Slight reduced density of hair is seen on the front of scalp but that is again normal in some individuals.

Ok i've also attached two close up pictures of that spot on my head from a few years ago. Does the density look reduced? Sorry! Just trying to avoid going to the dermatologist if i can.
