Ok, just to be on the safe side i've attached a few more pictures of the spot with out flash.

I have reviewed these pictures as well and they seem fine.
Slight reduced density of hair is seen on the front of scalp but that is again normal in some individuals.

Ok i've also attached two close up pictures of that spot on my head from a few years ago. Does the density look reduced? Sorry! Just trying to avoid going to the dermatologist if i can.
