In case you are asymptomatic(no pain in abdomen), let them lie there, no intervention required. Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets can be taken for 3 months. It dissolves stone in 60% of cases.
However, in case you are symptomatic(pain) go for cholecystectomy operation. Preferably laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
