Brief Answer:
Medical support is indispensable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It needs to be borne in mind that both of the children require proper support and you need to keep them under proper follow up. Hearing screening needs to be done in order to rule out hearing disorders as a cause of delayed onset of speech. Thereafter you need to visit a speech and language pathologist (SLP) who could guide you in a step by step manner. Both the children are also likely to require physical therapy and proper exercises to be able to strengthen and make use of the muscles properly.

It seems that you are from London. Please confirm and I would try to find a suitable centre near your location.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
