How long since you have noticed hair loss? Is it also associated with thinning of the hair?
Is it diffuse or patchy?
Is it associated with recession of anterior hair line?
Is there a family history?

I just noticed it. The hair came off yesterday. There's no family history. See photos attached

Alopecia Areata

Hi,

Perhaps it is alopecia areata considering that it is of sudden onset. I suggest Intralesional triamcinolone acetonide 10mg/ml injection. It is the treatment of choice for alopecia areata. In addition you may use minoxidil 5 %solution, 1ml, twice daily.
