Question: Hello Doctor
I am 24 year old my height is 5.6 , I want 2-3 inch more can you please suggest me about any medicine that i can buy.

Hi dear.Thanks for giving me an opportunity to answer your query.

According to me you have a healthy height.I would be glad to know your weight just to check whether you have healthy Body mass index too.

The maximum height is achieved during midteens/puberty and influenced by the genetics and is a natural process.Beyond this there would not be a considerable change in our height since our leg bones when we touch 20's.

I were to would recommend stretches, swimming, biking, running, or yoga, right posture, exercise combined with the right diet and proper sleep to help you grow.Avoid nutritional supplements, steroids(other medications), growth formula which might really not help despite their claims.

Your BMI is 23.5 and is normal and healthy.

Yes to a certain extent the continuous traction and stretch on the bones by a couple of exercises will help them grow & thus a little increase in the height is still possible though it might not be very significant.More all of them helps you stay fit and healthy.This is the natural way of doing it and is always advisable.Growth formulas wont help.
