Brief Answer:

Normal report

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This report is normal. Only a few borderline changes.

Sugar borderline high. It does not mean that you are prediabetic or diabetic.

Cholesterol borderline high

No need to take any medicines for these borderline parameters.

Lifestyle changes will be enough. These include taking low sugar, low-fat food, Eating hygienic food and cleaner drinking water. Regular exercise for at least 30 min a day.

Low sugar does not mean avoiding sugary foods completely. It simply means that you can avoid juices and soft drinks.
You can repeat the tests in a year.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Hi Thanks for reply. I had a pain in my finger's joint in winter . Doctor told me this is due to uric acid i.e. 6.4 that time. But now it's reach to 7.2 borderline. do I need to concern about it . I don't have any pain after winter season.

Brief Answer:

If no pain, no medicines needed

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You can recheck uric acid level from a different laboratory. Regarding uric acid, the recommendation is that if there is no pain, then there is no need of uric acid lowering medicines.

Take low uric acid diet. Take more fiber in diet. Avoid high protein foods like meats, alcohol, palak-paneer, etc. Low fat dairy products, fruits, vitamin C are good.

You can monitor uric acid every 3 months from different laboratories.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
