Hello,

I can see erythematous, edematous welts. She seems to have Hives - Acute Urticaria.

I suggest you keep giving her the oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine syp, 5ml, twice daily for a week.

Topically you may apply a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion.
