Question : Hi. I was laying on my stomach in bed and got up and my belly is all red, hot and a little itchy. There's not any bumps, but I'm concerned about how red and hot it is.

I am dr. kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
Most likely you have Acute Urticaria commonly known as Hives. Urticarial lesions are itchy, red and feel warm to touch because of vasodilation. I suggest you to take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for a week.

Even without bumps? I've never had it just red and hot, just itchy bumps when it was hives.
