How Can I Able To See My Intact Hymen?

Question: Hello, I am 22 years old woman. I have never had a sexual intercourse before. But am worried if my hymen is intact due to certain reasons. I have tried doing self examination using a mirror but got terribly confused. Is there any way in which you can help me? I can see people are able to upload pics. Can I do the same ?

Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic.
Now a days it is common to see ruptured hymen even in virgin girls because of hectic physical activities and exercise schedules.
But you can still at least know if you have an intact one or not by examining yourself in front of the mirror while separating the labia with both hands.
You can look up internet to see how an intact hymen looks like.

Thank you for your reply. I looked for pictures of intact hymen online but mine looks nothing like that. I am very confused. Mine looks like a heart. I would be grateful if you could look into the images I have uploaded and give your opinion.
