Question : I do have infection of insect bite. I have visited the clinic. Doctor gave me some tablets and they done dressing on my hand.

As per your symptoms and history, you seem to have got proper treatment and management from your treating doctor. You can take antihistamines for a period of 3 days.

I would suggest you to keep a look out for any symptoms like:
- Fever
- Pus from the wound
- Swelling of the affected area
- Flu like symptoms

If any of the above appears, it would be worthwhile for you to start on antibiotics.
