Brief Answer:
Need evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The symptoms with you are experiencing presently could be either due to cardiac issues or can simply be due to Muscle tenderness.

Considering your age group it’s highly advisable to rule out the underlying cardiac issues and for that I would like to suggest you to get the following basic routine cardiac tests done
1. ECG
2. Echocardiogram / TMT

If the results of all this test come out to be normal then the possibility of having any underlying cardiac issues is highly unlikely and the pain can simply be relieved by taking some mild analgesics.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap
