Question : Hi I had throat infection it is cured now but I feel scratchy itchy throat always from long time... I took montek lc it will have its effect only for few hours after tht it continues.. I also have hypothyroidism..

Hi,

Persistent itchy and scratchy throat are due to multiple causes. A chronic / persistent inflammation, associated sinusitis / post nasal drip, associated acid reflux and others. A physical examination is mandatory to identify the cause.

You can continue to take Montec LC. In addition I will also suggest steam inhalations and a physical consultation with ENT doctor.
