Either pityriasis rosea or eczematous rash, steroids and antihistaminics
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be either pityriasis rosea which is self limiting skin eruption usually associated with viral infection or an eczematous eruption.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream diluted in a moisturising lotion in the ratio of 1:4 on the affected areas of the body twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
Pityriasis rosea is self limiting disease which can take upto 6-8 weeks to subside.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
