Question : for the past 2-3 months i have this problems with white bumps on my penis and scrotum, they itch and at first it mildy burned when I peed. please see attached pictures.

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like either lichen nitidus or epidermoid cysts.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
If it doesn't improve in 10 -14 days consult a doctor and get them removed.
