the zoloft is 150. We know it is depression, but what can be done to get improvement?
Brief Answer:
You need to take adequate dose of antidepressants.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You are already on an adequate dose of antidepressant.
So, you need to check the response and continue the drug for 6-9 months, depending on its effect.
And, if it not showing any response, we can switch to another antidepressant-like ESCITALOPRAM.
If you have any stressor, along with this you have to take cognitive behavior therapy sessions.
Hope I have answered your query.
