Brief Answer:
Normal saline
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You can do normal saline compress.
Wet a gauge in normal saline and wrap around your feet and keep it for 15 min.
Do this twice daily.
This will extract out edema fluid and prevent leakage.
The normal saline bottle would be available over the counter with your nearest chemist.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
