As one gets older, some amount of leakages do occur across all valves, so most important thing is, what's the intensity of leakages? If mild form of leakages is there then nothing to worry about. If moderate is there then it's ok to have but needs to be monitored. While severe form of leakages are worrisome and needs treatment. So overall, severity is the key factor.
