Question : I hurt my left hand wrist while working out to which initially i applied volini and taken mobizox tablet for 2-3 days. Initially i saw improvement and at least able to rotate my wrist with minimum pain I thought ti will vanish in sometime as I left all activities with left hand. But after 2 weeks realized its not going anywhere so consulted a Physician who treated my wrist with some of his machine and asked to do ice pack and required nothing than that, but since then its almost 2 weeks am doing ice pack, wearing wrist band but cant see any improvement

Brief Answer:
Could be TFCC injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic surgeon.
In my opinion you have injury in your wrist joint ligaments esp TFCC (triangular fibro cartilage complex).

To confirm the diagnosis , please get an MRI.
Till that time continue pain killers , apply volini and undergo physiotherapy.
will wait for your MRI report

Thanx
