As per your query, first of all please let me know, what was the reason for falling of lower central incisors like - decay, injury or gum infection ?

Also, I would like to know, how are the adjacent teeth to the area of tooth loss ? Are they firm or are they loose ?

Do you have problems like loosening of teeth, bleeding gums etc ?

Any medical problems or are you on any medications ?

Ans- Decay

Ans - Left 100 % firm Right 70 % firm.

Do you have problems like loosening of teeth, bleeding gums etc ?

Ans - lower central incisors 1 already Fell 2nd 90 % Loose. Rest all are fine

Welcome back..
It seems that there has been gum infection that is leading to loosening of teeth and it is the cause for falling teeth..

If your tooth is 90 % loose then first get it removed..

Then once the area heals you should either proceed for a bridge if the adjacent teeth are firm..
But in case if the teeth are not firm then implant placement is the best way to get it treated..

Bridge placement will cost you less and will cost you around 2000 per unit and will be a minimum of 4 units..
Implant is a bit costlier treatment and costs around 15-20 thousand..
