Ans - Left 100 % firm Right 70 % firm.

Ans - lower central incisors 1 already Fell 2nd 90 % Loose. Rest all are fine

It seems that there has been gum infection that is leading to loosening of teeth and it is the cause for falling teeth..
If your tooth is 90 % loose then first get it removed..
Then once the area heals you should either proceed for a bridge if the adjacent teeth are firm..
But in case if the teeth are not firm then implant placement is the best way to get it treated..
Bridge placement will cost you less and will cost you around 2000 per unit and will be a minimum of 4 units..
Implant is a bit costlier treatment and costs around 15-20 thousand..
