Thanks for your reply sir.. I have attached clear picture.
3 days before I have noticed this lump. But, last 6 months I got 2 times this type of lumps. That time I had taken Amoxicillin 625mg & Paracetomal tab.
I'm staying outside of my home. So normally I'm taking hotel food only. When I take hotel food, stool are watery type, not consistent. But when I'm in my home, no issues.
Please suggest me diet and medicines.

As explained in details.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand the problems when one stays out of the home and gets the watery stools but not when at home.
This indicates that the food and/ort water is the causative factor; it is giving intestinal infection or you have an intolerance to certain food ingredients.
This can be found out by proper keen observation as to which foods suit you and which cause watery stools.
Once you identify such foods and beverages you have to stop these all together and take only the foods that suit you the most.
Do not go to hotels where water and foods are not suitable for you.
Tell me your observations, please.
This is giving you the infection causing such lumps to form.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Please consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, actual examination of the anal area, per-rectal examination and ano-proctoscopy; to give you prescription based medications depending upon the overall findings.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
