Question : hi Dr , I am suffering from mouth ulcers since a week and it is not subsiding this is in sides of the tongue and under the tongue as well. I have done betadine gargle last 3 nights with some relief. please advise.

Hi,

I have gone through the details. It can be due to vitamin b12 deficiency. You can apply Aloclair or Dento gel to the affected areas twice a day for faster healing and pain relief.

You can take tab. becosules once daily for 30 days. You can continue betadine gargle or listerine mouthwash thrice a day after food.
