Brief Answer:
MRI followed by laparoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
For abnormal uterine bleeding, and complex adenexal cysts, I will suggest you to undergo MRI followed by endometrial biopsy and laparoscopy, if indicated, to confirm the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding and nature and type of complex cysts.
A proper evaluation and diagnosis will help alleviate your anxiety and proper treatment can be done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Is there any connection between the “probable”fibroadenoma in my left breast and the fact that the ovarian cysts are on the left?

Do I need to pursue any kind of endocrine work up?

If it turns out that an mri/laparoscopy doesn’t show anything what else should I do? What else could be causing the problems?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, if the reports are normal, then it is due to age related hormonal changes, and hence will resolve after menopause.
So, there is nothing to worry in this situation.
