What you experience is normal and very commonly reported by young males. This is esp common in people who are not sexually active and do not masturbate. Everyday a male produces sperm and prostatic fluid adds to it cause the semen. Since there is no store house of semen in males it has to pass out either by intercourse or masturbation. If both of these are not part of daily life it leaks at night or early morning urine as night fall.
Do not be worried about it. Do you have any specific problems with this night fall apart from experiencing it?
