Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Intramuscular or intravenous injection can be given
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I understand your concern. So of sublingual form. Is not working, then either intramuscular or intravenous injection of same vitamin can be taken. After that oral form. Can be continued. Non vegetarian meals like eggs, meat fish and dairy products will help to build adequate vitamin b12.
Thanks and regards
