How Can One Test Why Menstruation Is Delayed By Two Months While On Eltroxin For Thyroid Issues?

Question : My Wife did not get period from feb 28th. its been like almost 2 months. I wanted her to get tested for pregnancy possibility, she doubts it could be because of PCO problem. She is a thyroid patient and on eltroxin 25mg tab daily.

Can you suggest what test to be performed at lab?

you are very correct, your wife must check UPT by card test.
if negative, go for TSH and FT4, Prolactin, LH, FSH, Estradiol, 17 (OH) p
